The everyday essentials are included
Routine cleaning includes light dusting of reachable blinds and baseboards, ordinary loose pet hair, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors and small trash bins. Deep Cleaning includes oven interiors, hand-washed baseboards and reachable interior window glass, sills and tracks. Move-out also includes the empty fridge, cabinet and drawer interiors, window tracks and an accessible garage sweep. Airbnb includes grill cleaning, fridge and oven interiors, towel laundry and the guest reset. Bed changes are $25 each with on-site bedding laundry and remaking the bed.
