Plan your PCS cleaning around handover
Our PCS move-out cleaning in Colorado Springs uses the same empty-home service and rates as move-in and move-out cleaning, without a separate military surcharge. Share your move date, access instructions and the property manager’s cleaning requirements before the appointment.
Schedule the clean after household goods and debris are removed. Keep utilities on and allow time to review the property before handing back keys. A housing office or landlord sets its own inspection standards; cleaning does not guarantee inspection approval or a deposit refund.
Start with the PCS move-out checklist, compare the included empty-home scope, and review our Fort Carson and Peterson SFB area service information for your move.
