Yes. Airbnb turnover is $0.10 per sq ft + $25 per bed change, including on-site bedding laundry and remaking the bed. The minimum total is $125; Woodland Park adds $40 per visit and Divide adds $75. Grill cleaning, fridge and oven interiors, towel laundry, restocking and the guest reset are included.
