It also usually comes with paint spatter, adhesive residue, and sticker labels a normal clean isn't built to handle. Post-construction cleaning is priced and staffed for that extra intensity.
When should we schedule this — right after the contractors finish?
Usually a day or two after major work wraps up, once dust has settled but before you're living in the space. If painting is still happening, it's worth waiting until that's done too.
Do you remove construction debris and trash?
