Post-construction cleaning handles dust, residue and the final detail. It does not haul away offcuts, packaging, drywall scrap or torn-out material. That needs a container on site while the work is happening, not a cleaning crew afterwards.

Plan the clean around the construction stage
Post-construction cleaning services need a site-specific cleaning plan. Renovation dust and construction residue differ from everyday household dirt, and continuing trade work can put dust back onto cleaned surfaces. Tell us whether the project is still active, ready for a final clean, or needs more than one agreed visit.
What to include in your request
List the rooms and square footage affected, new surfaces, visible dust, paint or adhesive residue, and remaining debris. Include your deadline, access arrangements, working utilities and whether other contractors will still be on site.
Agree on surfaces and exclusions
Identify flooring, cabinets, trim and glass that need attention. Residue removal and floor care depend on the material and condition, so they must be agreed before work starts. Do not assume that rough cleaning, high-access work, restoration or hazardous-material cleanup is included in a routine package.
Prepare for the final visit
Confirm when dust-producing work will finish and keep the agreed cleaning areas accessible. Separate removal of construction waste from the surface-cleaning scope. If the project schedule changes, contact us before the appointment so availability and any revised scope can be confirmed.
