Move-out cleaning includes every deep-clean task plus the empty-home work: fridge, cabinet and drawer interiors, empty closets and shelves, and accessible garage sweeping. Oven and microwave interiors, hand-washed reachable baseboards and trim, detailed kitchen and bathroom surfaces and reachable interior window glass are all already in there.
You're never charged an add-on for work that's already included in the service you booked.

Sequence it in this order
1. Book early. Report dates and lease ends concentrate at month end. Book as soon as you have a date, not once the truck is loaded.
2. Empty the house completely. Everything out, including the garage and the closets.
3. Keep the utilities on. Nobody can mop a floor or run an oven cycle without water and power.
4. Clean, then photograph. Timestamped photos of an empty, clean property cost five minutes and are the only evidence you'll have if anything is disputed later.
