Two jobs that have to happen in order
The order matters more than people expect. A move-out clean is scoped for an empty home — cabinet interiors, closets, behind the fridge, window tracks. None of that can happen with the house still full, and none of it can happen with the water shut off. Book the two jobs with two companies and you become the middleman on that timing, usually during the week of a move.
Nobody else in this market quotes both halves. The cleaning companies cannot haul, and the dumpster companies cannot clean. Everpine Cleaning and Merit Dumpster Rentals are two companies with one owner, the same service area and one schedule.

Container arrives first
A 15- or 20-yard roll-off with 2 tons included, from our sister company. Keep it three or five days and clear the property at your own pace.
It gets hauled away
Pickup is scheduled so the house is empty before the cleaners arrive, not the same morning.
Then we clean
A full move-out clean on an empty home: oven, fridge and cabinet interiors, window tracks, baseboards, closets and an accessible garage sweep.
When both halves are really one job
PCS families
A report date nobody can move and a house that has to pass inspection. We work backwards from your date so neither half runs late.
Agents prepping a listing
A cluttered house photographs badly and sits longer. Send us the address and a date, and it gets emptied and cleaned before the photographer shows up. One vendor to chase instead of two.

Why can't you just clean around the furniture?
A move-out clean is priced and scoped for an empty home — cabinet interiors, closets, behind the fridge, window tracks. Those tasks are what a landlord or buyer inspects, and none of them can be done with the house still full. The water and power also need to be on, because nobody can mop a floor or run an oven cycle without them.
Do I have to take both?
No. Most people book just the clean, and that is completely normal. This page is for the jobs where the clearing out and the cleaning are really one problem with a deadline attached.
Is it one company or two?
Two companies, one owner. Everpine Cleaning does the cleaning and Merit Dumpster Rentals runs the containers. Both are veteran-owned, both are based in Colorado Springs, and both cover Colorado Springs, El Paso County and Teller County.
Does booking both cost less?
You pay the published rate for each half — both rate cards are on the sites in full, and our price calculator will give you a number without asking for your email. What you save is the coordination, not a bundle discount we invented.
