What a center visit usually covers
- Classrooms: floors, tables, chairs and the reachable surfaces children actually touch.
- Child-height restrooms and sinks, cleaned and restocked from your supplies.
- Nap and quiet areas, including floors under and around mats.
- Entry, cubby and sign-in areas, where every family passes twice a day.
- Kitchen or snack prep surfaces, sink and microwave, with trash to on-site bins.
- Office and staff areas on the same visit.
What it costs
Childcare is a licensed environment and the cleaning has to fit around your own sanitizing routine rather than duplicate it. Nightly frequency, child-height fixtures and dense restroom layouts all sit outside our standard office scope. We agree what we do and what your staff keeps doing, then hold a fixed per-visit price.
For reference, our published standard-office rate starts at $165 per visit for up to 1,000 sq ft and runs to $690 per visit at 5,000 sq ft. See the full office rate card.
Tell us the scope and we will confirm the price before you commit. Other commercial properties, busy or dense restroom layouts, daily or high-frequency contracts, specialty floor work and oversized spaces need an agreed scope and quote first.
Your sanitizing stays yours
Licensed centers have their own sanitizing requirements, products and logs, and your staff handles toys, cots, diapering surfaces and anything your licensing covers. We clean the building around that: floors, restrooms, trash, surfaces and the general reset. If you want us to use products you supply so everything in the building matches what you have already approved, say so and we will.

Yes. Nightly after the last pickup is the most common pattern, and it needs an agreed scope first because daily frequency sits outside routine booking.
