Priced for the space you actually have
Most apartments and condos sit in the first two size bands, which are the cheapest. A one-bedroom under 1,000 sq ft is $185 for a one-time standard clean and $140 every two weeks from visit two. A larger two-bedroom in the 1,001–1,250 sq ft band is $210 one-time and $155 every two weeks. There is no separate bedroom or bathroom charge.

What changes in a building
Three practical things differ from a house, and all three are easier settled at booking than on the day.
Access. Fobs, callboxes, concierge desks and gated garages all need an arrangement. Tell us how we get in.
Parking. Some buildings have visitor spaces, some have loading zones with time limits, and some have neither. This is the single most common cause of a delayed start.
Trash. Where the chute or dumpster is, and whether there are rules about what goes down it.
Moving out of a rental
Move-out cleaning for an apartment starts at $255 for up to 1,000 sq ft and $290 for 1,001–1,250 sq ft. That includes all deep-clean tasks plus the empty-home work: fridge, cabinet and drawer interiors, empty closets and shelves, and accessible garage sweeping.
