One-time house cleaning.
A single visit, priced upfront, with nothing recurring attached. From $185.
When one visit is the right answer
Not every cleaning need is a schedule. People book a single visit for all sorts of reasons. Before hosting family. After a stretch of illness. Ahead of a house sale. When a guest is coming and the spare room hasn't been touched since spring. Or simply to get a weekend back.
There's no contract, no minimum number of visits, and no obligation to continue. If you want to come back to us in six months for another one, that's fine too.
What it costs
A one-time standard clean is priced by home size:
- Up to 1,000 sq ft: $185
- 1,251–1,500 sq ft: $235
- 1,751–2,000 sq ft: $275
- 2,251–2,500 sq ft: $320
- 2,751–3,000 sq ft: $370
- 3,251–3,500 sq ft: $415
Prices step every 250 sq ft, up to 4,500 sq ft. See the full price list.
That covers kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors, small trash bins, light dusting of reachable blinds and baseboards, and ordinary loose pet hair. Homes over 4,500 sq ft need an agreed scope first.
The honest caveat
A standard clean is a maintenance service. It's designed for a home that's been kept up, not one that's been left. If it's been six months or more since anything thorough happened, a standard visit will look like it didn't work. Nothing was skipped. The maintenance scope was never built to remove built-up grime.
In that situation you want a deep clean. It adds oven and microwave interiors, hand-washed reachable baseboards and trim, detailed kitchen and bathroom surfaces, and reachable interior window glass. It costs more and it's the right call. We'd rather tell you that before you book than after.
Not sure which you need? The side-by-side comparison lays out the difference task by task. Or describe the house to us below and we'll tell you straight.
If you decide to continue
Recurring cleaning is priced below one-time cleaning from visit two onward, because a home that was cleaned recently takes less work to bring back. For a 1,751–2,000 sq ft home that's $275 for the one-time visit against $205 every two weeks or $250 every four weeks afterwards.
Nothing about booking a single clean commits you to that. But if you're booking a third one-off, the numbers are worth a look. How often should you have your house cleaned works through the monthly maths.
A few helpful answers
Is there a contract for a one-time clean?
No. A one-time cleaning is a single visit with no recurring schedule and no minimum number of visits. Normal appointment cancellation terms still apply to the booking itself.
Can I book a one-time clean online?
Yes, for the routine scope and size limits shown. Homes over 4,500 sq ft, severe neglect or an unusual scope need a specialty request so the work can be agreed before you commit.
What's the difference between this and a deep clean?
A standard one-time clean is maintenance: surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, light dusting. A deep clean adds oven and microwave interiors, hand-washed baseboards and trim, detailed kitchen and bathroom work and reachable interior window glass. If the home has been neglected for months, you want the deep clean.
Not sure if one visit is enough?
Describe the state of the house in a sentence and we'll tell you honestly whether a standard clean will do it.

This company was very professional, reliable and quality was great. I needed an emergency job done and they were able to get it done no problem while meeting all standards required. I would definitely recommend Everpine Cleaning!
