- High-touch points, vacuuming and mopping, and trash to on-site bins.
- Entrance-glass spot cleaning and refilling client-provided supplies.
- Light reachable detail work on rotation. Normal after-hours access has no separate surcharge within available booking times.
- Light dusting of reachable blinds is included.

When should I request specialty help?
Book standard offices up to 5,000 sq ft with ordinary soil and routine restrooms online. Other commercial properties, busy or dense restroom layouts, daily or high-frequency janitorial contracts, specialty floor work and oversized spaces need an agreed scope and quote first. Once the scope is approved, recurring visits can be scheduled. Include your restroom count, condition, frequency and access details.
