A small dental or medical practice with routine office areas books at our standard office rate. That is $165 per visit up to 1,000 sq ft, rising to $690 at 5,000 sq ft.
Waiting rooms, reception, private offices, break rooms, restrooms and corridors are the routine scope. Operatories, treatment rooms and anything involving sharps, regulated medical waste or instrument reprocessing are outside it and need an agreed scope first.
Most practices book evening visits after the last patient. Several local practices close Fridays, which makes a Thursday evening slot fit neatly.

- Waiting room, reception desk surfaces, and the door handles, light switches and rails patients touch.
- Restrooms cleaned and restocked from your supplies, including fixtures, mirrors and floors.
- Break room surfaces, sink and microwave, with trash taken to your on-site bins.
- Private offices and corridors: vacuuming, mopping, and clear reachable surfaces.
- Entrance glass spot cleaning and light dusting of reachable blinds.
- Evening or after-hours access carries no separate surcharge within available booking times.

This rate covers routine office soil and ordinary restrooms. Operatories, treatment rooms, sterilization areas, sharps, regulated medical waste and instrument handling are not included and need an agreed scope before we start. Prices cover the listed scope for the selected size band. There is no separate bedroom or bathroom surcharge for this service. Choose only extras that are not already included. Any extra work or price change requires your approval before work starts.
What we do not do
We are a cleaning company, not an infection-control contractor. We do not handle sharps, regulated medical waste, biohazard spills, instrument reprocessing or terminal disinfection of treatment areas. If your practice needs those, keep that vendor and use us for everything else in the building — the two jobs sit side by side without overlapping.
