Empty-home package. The home must be empty with utilities on. No separate bedroom or bathroom surcharge. Any extra work or price change requires approval before work starts.

Each bed change includes stripping, washing and drying the bedding on-site, and remaking the bed. Same price for all bed sizes; each bunk mattress counts as one bed.
Example: 1,500 sq ft + 3 bed changes — Colorado Springs $225; Woodland Park $265; Divide $300.

Order the clean after the container, not before
A move-out clean needs an empty home. If a unit still has a tenant's furniture in it, we cannot finish, and you pay for a second visit. No, and that is deliberate. The published prices on this page are the same ones a homeowner pays, which means you can quote from them directly without waiting on us. There is no volume tier to negotiate and no rate to renegotiate later.
What do you need before a move-out clean?
An empty home with utilities on. If furniture or belongings are still in the unit we cannot finish the scope, and that turns into a second visit.
Can you handle several properties?
Yes. Multiple rental properties are scoped as a portfolio rather than individual bookings. Send the door count, the towns and your usual turnover window.
Can you clear the unit as well?
Yes. We also run Merit Dumpster Rentals, so a container and the clean can run off one schedule. The container comes first, because the clean needs the home empty.
