Veterinary Clinic Cleaning
Evening cleaning for clinics and animal hospitals across Teller County and Colorado Springs. We agree the scope first, then hold a fixed per-visit price.
A veterinary clinic is not a standard office, so it gets an agreed scope and a fixed per-visit price rather than a published rate.
The reason is honest: hair, dander, kennel areas and dense restroom layouts change the work in ways square footage alone doesn't capture. We would rather look first than quote a number we have to revise.
Our published standard-office rate — $165 per visit up to 1,000 sq ft — is the reference point for the reception and office portion of your building.

What a clinic visit usually covers
- Reception, waiting area and the counters, doors and seating that every client touches.
- Exam room floors and reachable surfaces on the schedule you set.
- Restrooms cleaned and restocked from your supplies.
- Break room, staff areas and offices: surfaces, sink, microwave and trash to on-site bins.
- Hard-floor vacuuming and mopping throughout, including the hair that tile and vinyl hold onto.
- Kennel and runs areas by agreement — these vary enough between clinics that we scope them individually.
What it costs
Clinics vary more than any other small commercial building in this county. A two-room practice with a tile floor and a twelve-run boarding operation are different jobs, and pretending otherwise produces a quote that changes after the first visit. We look at the layout, the floor type, the restroom count and how often you want us, then hold the price.
For reference, our published standard-office rate starts at $165 per visit for up to 1,000 sq ft and runs to $690 per visit at 5,000 sq ft. See the full office rate card.
Tell us the scope and we will confirm the price before you commit. Other commercial properties, busy or dense restroom layouts, daily or high-frequency contracts, specialty floor work and oversized spaces need an agreed scope and quote first.
Working around animals
We clean after hours, when the building is quiet and boarding animals are settled. We do not handle animals, medical waste, sharps or controlled substances, and we do not enter runs with animals in them. Your staff handles the clinical side; we handle the building.

A few helpful answers
Why is there no published price for clinics?
A veterinary clinic is not a standard office. Hair and dander load, kennel areas, floor type and restroom density change the work in ways square footage doesn't capture. We agree the scope first and then hold a fixed per-visit price.
Do you clean kennels and runs?
By agreement. Every clinic sets these up differently, so we scope them individually rather than assuming. We do not enter runs with animals in them.
Do you handle medical waste?
No. We do not handle sharps, regulated medical waste or controlled substances. We clean the building around your clinical processes.
Can you come after closing?
Yes, and most clinics prefer it. Normal after-hours access has no separate surcharge within available booking times.
