Commercial / office cleaning
Standard office visit with ordinary soil and routine restrooms; clean all agreed areas. Other commercial property types, busy or dense restroom layouts, and daily or high-frequency janitorial contracts need a scope and quote first.
- Access: follow building, alarm and lock-up instructions privately.
- Desks: wipe clear accessible surfaces without moving papers or personal items.
- Common areas: dust accessible counters, ledges, shelving and furniture.
- Blinds/baseboards: lightly dust reachable surfaces.

- Floors: sweep/vacuum and damp-mop suitable hard floors.
- Trash: empty ordinary office bins; replace supplied liners and use on-site bins.
- Recycling: separate as directed; do not handle confidential shredding contents.
- Rotation: complete the agreed light reachable detail task; record it below.
- Check: report low supplies, visible damage or access/safety issues.
- Finish: replace light items, follow lights instructions and secure the site.
Routine after-hours access has no separate surcharge within available times. Medical, industrial, food-production, heavy traffic, restoration and supply purchases need a specialty scope. No claimed sterilization, IT servicing or compliance certification.
Home organizing
Time-based session: 3 total labor hours, plus only approved extra hours. Prioritize the customer’s chosen areas.
- Plan: agree on priorities and what can be done within the purchased labor hours.
- Boundaries: identify private papers, valuables and items not to touch.
- Supplies: use customer-owned bins, hangers and organizing supplies.
- Sort: group accessible items by category with the customer’s guidance.
- Decisions: customer approves every keep, donate and discard decision.
- Arrange: return kept items to safe, practical storage locations.
- Labels: label agreed storage areas using available supplies, if requested.
- Clearance: preserve safe exits, walking routes and access to utilities.
- Staging: keep approved donations/discards separate in the agreed on-site place.
- Time: record each cleaner’s time and combined labor hours.
- Extra time: obtain written price/time approval before exceeding booked hours.
- Handover: explain the arrangement, remaining priorities and maintenance steps.
- Finish: return private items and secure the work area.
This is organizing time, not an entire-home clean or a guarantee to finish a room. Shopping, hauling, heavy lifting and severe clutter need review. No item is discarded based only on a cleaner’s judgment.
Post-construction cleanup
SPECIALTY: perform only tasks approved in the written quote. This list is a scoping and completion record, not a fixed-price package.
- Clearance: confirm contractor work is finished and the area is safe to enter.
- Scope: record the approved rooms, surfaces, residue types and cleaning stage.
- Protection: identify new finishes and obtain product/care instructions.
- Debris: remove only agreed light, nonhazardous debris to approved on-site bins.
- Dust: clean agreed reachable horizontal surfaces using suitable dust-control methods.
- Fixtures: detail agreed accessible fixtures without disassembly.
- Cabinets: clean interiors/exteriors only where specifically approved and emptied.
- Glass: clean only the agreed glass and tracks with finish-safe methods.
- Residue: treat paint/adhesive/grout residue only under the approved safe scope.
- Kitchen/bathrooms: clean agreed installed fixtures and surfaces.
- Floors: remove loose dust and clean according to the floor manufacturer’s care.
- Inspection: document remaining residue, damage or work awaiting the contractor.
- Finish: check approved areas and remove cleaning materials safely.
No asbestos, mold, hazardous dust, sharps, demolition, high-access work or industrial remediation. Stop and contact Everpine if conditions differ. No fixed-price residential add-on can authorize hazardous work.
Focused / selected-room cleaning
SPECIALTY: list the approved rooms and tasks before work. Unselected rooms are outside the agreement.
- Scope: list each included room, task, exclusions and agreed price.
- Priorities: agree the order of work and any approved time cap.
- Kitchen: perform only the kitchen tasks written in the approved scope.
- Bathrooms: perform only the bathroom tasks written in the approved scope.
- Bedrooms/common areas: perform the specifically selected dusting/reset tasks.
- Floors: clean the agreed accessible floors using suitable methods.
- Detail: complete only specifically included or purchased detail tasks.
- Boundaries: leave excluded rooms and private belongings undisturbed.
- Changes: obtain written approval for added rooms, time or price.
- Finish: check each approved task and record remaining priorities.
Use the written scope to avoid implying a full-home Standard or Deep Clean. A routine full-home booking is not automatically repriced as a focused service.
Specialty / oversized property
Use after a written scope is approved. For a rental portfolio, complete a separate applicable service checklist and record for every property and visit.
- Scope: record the quote reference, property, included areas and agreed price.
- Conditions: confirm the observed size, room count and condition match the quote.
- Tasks: attach the agreed item-by-item task list or applicable routine checklist.
- Equipment: confirm suitable equipment, access and finish instructions.
- Priorities: confirm the completion window and any staged service plan.
- Approved work: complete each attached task; record exceptions individually.
- Extras: confirm quantities and avoid charging again for included work.
- Changes: stop and obtain written approval before added scope or price.
- Handover: explain completed work, remaining items and any approved next stage.
- Finish: secure each serviced property according to its own instructions.
A quote does not make prohibited or unsafe work acceptable. Do not combine separate properties into one completion sign-off. No promise of restoration, pest treatment, pool/hot-tub work or specialty availability without confirmation.
48-hour touch-up / service correction
For reported missed or poorly completed tasks in the original agreed scope. No new cleaning fee for a qualifying touch-up.
- Reference: record the original booking, service date and concern reported.
- Scope: agree the missed tasks and affected areas to correct.
- Access: arrange a workable return time and safe entry.
- Condition: note any new use, damage or work outside the original concern.
- Correction: re-clean the agreed affected areas using safe products.
- Check: inspect the corrected tasks against the original included scope.
- Record: note what was corrected and anything that cannot reasonably be fixed.
- Resolution: contact Everpine for an appropriate affected-work refund if needed.
- Finish: notify Everpine of completion and secure the property.
Do not require a new payment for the qualifying free correction. Separately requested new work needs its own approval. The 48-hour guarantee does not shorten legal claim periods.
